• Minimum of 3 yrs experience in Test Automation
• Strong hands-on exp on multiple testing tools Playwright and TOSCA
• Experience of SQL queries for backend testing
• Should be able to work on Automation POCs
• Excellent Communication & stakeholder management skills
• Willing to work fulltime onsite in Houston, TX location
Billing Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities
An Automation Test Lead combines technical expertise in test automation with leadership skills to ensure software quality and efficient delivery. Their responsibilities span strategy, execution, team management, and process improvement.
1. Strategy & Planning
• Develop and maintain an automation test strategy for large, complex projects, especially in Agile environments.
• Define automation scope, tools, frameworks, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and review test plans and automation frameworks, ensuring alignment with project goals.
2. Test Automation Development
• Design, build, and execute automated test.
• Write and maintain automation scripts for regression, integration, and critical business flows.
• Prepare and manage test data and set up test environments for execution.
3. Execution & Quality Assurance
• Execute automated tests, validate results, and identify, verify, and report defects.
• Perform back testing for interfaces, databases, and web services.
• Ensure fixes are retested and quality is maintained throughout the release cycle.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor QA and automation teams, setting goals, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate with development, product, and UAT teams to align on requirements and testing priorities.
• Oversee script library maintenance and promote best practices.
5. Process & Tool Improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation standards
• Drive adoption of new tools, methodologies, and industry practices
Monitor team and project performance, reporting metrics to stakeholders.
