Job Title: QA Automation Architect / Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA / Frisco, TX (Onsite from Day 1)

Duration: 12 Months


Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned QA Automation Architect to own and drive enterprise scale automation architecture for Corporate and Financial systems. This role requires deep expertise in automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, AI assisted testing, and strong domain knowledge in telecom and financial processes, ensuring quality from feature inception through post production validation.
Key Responsibilities:
Own automation architecture for Corporate and Financial systems at enterprise scale
Design and enhance robust automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, REST Assured, and integrate with cloud execution platforms and GitLab
Define standards for:
In sprint automation
API first testing
Regression testing
Release validation
Define and enable CI/CD pipeline configuration, integration, and continuous quality gates
Validate end to end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems
Establish reusable test assets aligned with telecom backend systems and financial processes
Mentor QE teams on:
Test design patterns
Automation best practices
Domain driven testing
Ensure test coverage from feature inception through production rollout and post release validation
Mentor teams on modern automation patterns, AI usage, and Agile QE practices
Required Skills & Experience
Quality Engineering & Architecture
10 14 years of experience in Quality Engineering / Test Automation
Ownership of automation architecture frameworks
Experience with AI assisted testing solutions
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in:

Selenium
Java
REST APIs / REST Assured
Experience with cloud test execution platforms:
Lambda Test
Selenium Grid
Sauce Labs (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of release readiness
Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools:
JIRA

Exposure to GitLab and CI/CD tools
