Automation Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of next-generation intelligent automation solutions across enterprise environments. This role requires deep expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Agentic AI Systems, hyperautomation, AI-driven workflow orchestration, and enterprise-scale automation architecture.

The ideal candidate will architect and drive automation initiatives that leverage AI/ML, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Process Intelligence, and Autonomous AI Agents to optimize business operations and accelerate digital transformation.

This position requires hands-on experience with advanced AI orchestration frameworks, multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, tool-calling architectures, and leading automation platforms. The Automation Architect will play a key role in defining enterprise automation strategy, governance standards, and scalable AI-powered automation ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Automation Strategy

• Define and lead enterprise-wide intelligent automation and hyperautomation initiatives.
• Design scalable automation architectures that integrate RPA, AI/ML, NLP, process intelligence, and autonomous AI agents.
• Establish automation governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.

AI & Agentic Automation Architecture

• Architect and implement Agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Design autonomous workflows capable of intelligent decision-making and workflow reasoning.
• Develop AI-powered automation solutions utilizing tool-calling architectures and enterprise AI orchestration platforms.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and business processes.

Platform Leadership

• Design and optimize automation solutions utilizing:

• Drive process discovery, process mining, and intelligent document processing initiatives.

Integration & Cloud Solutions

• Design enterprise integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Build scalable automation ecosystems across cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure seamless automation deployment.

Governance & Best Practices

• Establish architecture standards, security controls, and operational procedures.
• Ensure automation solutions align with enterprise scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to automation development teams.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field preferred.
