Job description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect - Product-to-Market (P2M) to join our Enterprise Architecture team as a contingent staff member within the CTO organization. This role focuses on designing, assessing, and evolving the P2M ecosystem aligned with integrated business planning and supply chain strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in retail (especially fashion/apparel), composable architecture, and AI/ML-driven marketing capabilities, with the ability to contribute from day one.
  • Pay range:$105/ hr on w2 to $111/hr on w2

Responsibilities:
  • Assess the current P2M landscape and vendor capabilities to identify gaps, redundancies, and modernization opportunities across Line Planning, Buy Planning, Allocation, Visual Mapping, Space Planning, and Size & Pack.
  • Develop architecture blueprints and capability roadmaps aligned with business outcomes and strategic goals.
  • Provide guidance on composable architecture patterns, API-first integrations, and event-driven data flows across marketing platforms.
  • Advise on AI/ML-driven P2M use cases such as predictive segmentation, personalization, next-best-action, and content automation.
  • Collaborate with P2M, Engineering, and Data teams to evaluate vendors, define integration strategies, and support platform decisions.
  • Contribute to architecture governance, reviews, and platform consolidation initiatives.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation including architecture diagrams, frameworks, and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Product-to-Market (P2M) and Supply Chain architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with integrated planning concepts such as Line Planning, Buy Planning, Allocation, Visual Mapping, Space Planning, and Size & Pack.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven architecture patterns.
  • Experience applying AI/ML in marketing (e.g., personalization, propensity modeling, audience insights).
  • Industry experience in Retail, CPG, or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), preferably in Fashion/Apparel.
  • Familiarity with composable P2M and MACH architecture principles (preferred).
  • Exposure to Agentic AI or LLM-based solutions for P2M automation or employee engagement (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
