Are Rust devs in demand?

Rust developers are increasingly in demand due to the language's focus on safety, performance, and concurrency, especially in systems programming, WebAssembly, and blockchain projects. Companies seek Rust expertise for developing secure and efficient software, leading to a growing job market for skilled Rust freelancers and professionals.

Can you make 10k a month freelancing?

A Rust freelancer's ability to earn $10,000 a month depends on factors such as experience, skill level, project complexity, and client demand. Highly experienced developers working on large or specialized projects can reach this income level, especially if they have a strong portfolio and good client relationships. However, many freelancers earn less, and consistent high earnings typically require ongoing effort and reputation building.

Job description

Who we are
We're building community-driven casino platforms, designed by gamers, for gamers. Our unique offering across our platform bring the best of gaming and betting together. Our sites offer innovative withdraws such as cryptocurrency and in-game item for popular titles like Counter-Strike, Rust, and more.
Our leadership team has spent the past 7+ years building products for gamers, with multiple platforms reaching millions of users. This project is the culmination of everything we've learned, combining established communities, proven growth playbooks, and a focused team ready to bring it all to life.
What we're looking for
We're hiring an Influencer & UGC Lead to build and scale the content engine behind our projects. This is a high-impact role that blends creator management, trend-jacking, short-form content strategy, and social media growth.
You'll be responsible for launching and scaling influencer campaigns, working with clippers and creators, managing our own content and livestream channels, and identifying fast-moving trends that help us grow faster than the competition.
You're a deeply online operator. You've studied what makes a stream clip go viral, understand how meme accounts and clippers create network effects, and have a sixth sense for when a trend is peaking before others notice. You've seen what platforms like Stake, Rainbet, and Roobet have done on social, and you're excited to take it even further.
This role is for someone who's ready to build systems, drive results, and operate at the bleeding edge of social media + creator growth. You'll be empowered to take risks, experiment, under this role while working directly under the CEO.
Our Core Values
* **Innovation** - We push boundaries, experiment boldly, and continuously evolve our approach.
* **Speed** - We move fast, ship quickly, and improve through iteration.
* **Ownership** - We take full responsibility for our work, end to end. No silos, no excuses.
On your day-to-day, you will...
* Build and manage a UGC flywheel - sourcing, coordinating, and publishing high-volume short-form content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and more
* Lead influencer marketing: find creators, negotiate partnerships, activate campaigns, and track performance
* Manage and grow a network of clippers, editors, and creators (freelance or community-based)
* Manage our owned content channels: oversee our TikTok, Shorts, and other social pages; grow them with consistent content; create and promote our own livestreams
* Build a network of alt/booster accounts that repost, remix, and scale content reach
* Identify trends, or viral formats early - and execute fast to capitalize
* Collaborate with the Community and Growth teams to align efforts around product updates, promotions, and major content moments
* Experiment with content velocity, format, and distribution to maximize impact
* Bring a competitive mindset: study how top platforms like Stake, Roobet, and Rainbet are growing and find ways to do it better
What you'll need
* 3+ years in influencer marketing, UGC content, or social-led growth - ideally in gaming, creator economy, or iGaming
* Deep understanding of streaming culture, including Twitch, Kick, and YouTube livestreaming dynamics
* Proven ability to leverage communities and clippers to generate growth
* A sharp instinct for what makes content go viral on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Twitter, etc.
* Experience growing or coordinating multi-account strategies (e.g. meme pages, repost networks, alt-brand accounts) to increase distribution velocity
* Hands-on experience managing content creators and editors - including giving creative direction and feedback
* Experience running and growing social accounts, with a track record of success
* High creative energy, attention to detail, and willingness to get hands-on with content
* Strong understanding of analytics tools and what metrics actually matter
* A deep passion for gaming, content creation, and online culture
* Startup mentality: you're scrappy, fast, and results-driven
Bonus points for
* Having grown a social account, YouTube channel, or meme page yourself
* Experience working in or around the iGaming space, especially with streamers or gambling-focused creators
* Understanding of affiliate marketing and social monetization strategies
* Experience building alt accounts, repost networks, or community-powered virality
