Job description

Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Analyst (Automation QA)
Location: Remote
Job Summary:-
We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst with strong expertise in test automation, quality assurance, and Agile software development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks, executing automated test suites, validating application functionality, and ensuring high-quality software releases.
This role requires hands-on experience with automation tools, API testing, CI/CD integration, and modern QA practices. Exposure to AI-assisted testing methodologies is a plus.
Required Qualifications:-
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. 6+ years of software quality assurance and automation testing experience.
  3. 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation.
  4. 4+ years of experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), or Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
  5. 3+ years of experience developing automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, JUnit/TestNG, and Jenkins.
  6. 3+ years of experience implementing and maintaining automation framework components.
  7. 2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:-
  1. Experience with Java programming and scripting.
  2. Experience with AI-assisted testing tools or AI-generated test automation.
  3. Experience testing REST and GraphQL APIs.
  4. Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT authentication, and API contract testing.
  5. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  6. Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or K6.
  7. Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
  8. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  9. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
