GenAI Architect
Location: East Coast, USA (Onsite)
Level: Director
About the Role: Cognizant is seeking a Director-level GenAI Architect to lead strategy, delivery, and client engagement for high-impact AI initiatives. This is a highly visible role that blends GenAI solutioning, portfolio leadership, delivery excellence, and executive-level client interaction. You will be the face of Cognizant's GenAI capabilities-shaping enterprise AI roadmaps, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our competitive position in the market.
Work model: Onsite - 4 days a week.
In this role, As a GenAI Architect -
• Define/refine GenAI delivery strategy and execution roadmap, particularly in client facing situations. Engage directly with priority clients to shape GenAI use cases.
• Own GenAI revenue growth and delivery performance in specific area
• Translate business problems into GenAI-led solutions with Practice & SLS
• Credentialize manages deals end-to-end, ensuring a strong, AI-first positioning throughout the process.
• Drive thought leadership, analyst engagement, and market positioning.
• Own and leverage alliance and partner relationships for GenAI pursuits
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate/Post Graduate Qualification.
• Strong experience in GenAI.
• Strong track record of managing portfolio.
  • Demonstrated portfolio growth with improved profitability.

Certifications Required: Preferably GenAI architect certifications.
Key Competencies: Understanding of latest Technology Domains and GenAI

The annual base salary for this position is between $180,000 - $200,000. The specific salary is dependent on experience and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
