Position Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Automotive Finance Manager to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong product knowledge, excellent compliance standards, and the ability to deliver a transparent, customer-focused finance experience while maximizing profitability.
This role requires a strong balance between sales performance, compliance, lender relationships, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Finance amp; Sales Performance
  • Present finance, insurance, and protection products in a clear, compliant, and customer-friendly manner
  • Maximize PVR, product penetration, and backend gross while maintaining high CSI
  • Structure and submit deals to multiple lenders to secure competitive approvals
  • Ensure accurate and timely funding of all contracts
Compliance amp; Documentation
  • Maintain strict adherence to state and federal compliance regulations
  • Ensure all deals are completed accurately, signed correctly, and fully compliant
  • Follow dealership policies, lender guidelines, and audit standards
  • Maintain proper documentation for cash, finance, and lease contracts
Customer Experience
  • Deliver a professional, transparent, and pressure-free finance experience
  • Clearly explain terms, rates, products, and options to customers
  • Resolve customer questions or concerns related to financing or contracts
