  • Dispose of boxes, pallets, packaging, and other shipping materials safely and responsibly.

Commissary & Operational Support

  • Assist with transporting products and supplies to various commissary kitchen stations and designated storage areas as needed.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Culinary, and Operations teams to support an efficient workflow and timely distribution of products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support commissary and kitchen operations.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities and duties may evolve or change based on the needs of the organization and operation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in receiving, stock, or warehouse operations; food service receiving experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Department of Health regulations and proper storage and handling of perishable and non-perishable food products.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory, receiving, and quality control.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and following established procedures.
  • Basic record-keeping skills and familiarity with inventory or receiving software is a plus.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Comfortable working in cold-storage environments, including coolers and freezers, for extended periods.
