Job description

Job Title: Purchasing Administrator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 4:00pm)
Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00
Department: Purchasing
Reports To: VP of Supply Chain
The Purchasing Administrator is responsible for assisting in a variety of purchasing related tasks. The candidate will utilize excellent organizational skills, excellent math skills and a calm and calculated demeanor to ensure purchase orders are placed and received accurately and timely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Placing purchase orders with accuracy.
  • Confirming purchase orders to ensure product is ordered and received accurately.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of purchase orders.
  • Assisting with LTO Files such as keeping orders updated with purchase order numbers, estimated time of arrivals and quantities.
  • Scanning and sending documents such as bill of ladings to ensure timely accounting processes.
  • Assisting in other various office tasks as assigned.
