Midland, TX
$20.00/hr
Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a motivated Purchasing/Inventory Specialist to support purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse operations for a local Midland company.

Responsibilities:
âś” Create and manage purchase orders with vendors
âś” Process purchase orders using an ERP system
âś” Track incoming shipments and verify receiving documentation
âś” Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries
âś” Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
âś” Manage warranty claims and core returns
âś” Support inventory transfers between branch locations
âś” Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
âś” Work closely with warehouse staff and other departments

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of warehouse inventory management experience
• Experience with vendor purchasing and inventory replenishment
• 1+ year of ERP system experience (SAP, Vision, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, or similar)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations
