- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of service estimators, providing technical guidance and performance coaching.
- Operational Delivery: Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of estimates, proposals, and pre-sale documentation to meet project deadlines.
- Quality Control: Review and approve team estimates for accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with margin targets.
- Data Maintenance: Support the maintenance of pricing databases, including labor rates, materials, and subcontractor costs.
