What You'll Do

You'll be the connective thread between our clients, project managers, vendors, and field staff-making sure no detail slips through the cracks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing detailed, accurate estimates for custom homes, renovations, and light commercial projects
  • Meeting with clients and subcontractors to clarify the scope and gather pricing
  • Managing purchasing: issuing POs, ordering materials, and tracking delivery timelinesPartnering with the estimating and selections team to keep budgets up to date
  • Coordinating with the field team to share critical details before they're needed
  • Scheduling site visits with vendors and subs, especially for renovation projects
  • Reading blueprints, performing takeoffs, and solving design or constructability questions early
  • Keeping stakeholders aligned through clear communication and documentation

What You Bring

We're looking for a proactive, organized professional who's fluent in the language of construction and loves building systems that work. You'll stand out if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction
  • 1+ years of experience in estimating or purchasing
  • Solid knowledge of construction methods, terminology, and budgeting
  • Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications with confidence
  • Experience performing material takeoffs and developing scopes of work
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, email, and project management tools (e.g., JobTread or similar)
  • Sharp organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle priorities
  • Strong communication skills with vendors, trades, and internal teams
  • Integrity, sound judgment, and a professional approach that reflects Sineath's values

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $70,000-$85,000 (commensurate with experience)

  • Medical Insurance: Eligible after 90 days
  • Paid Time Off:
    • 5 days annually (Years 1-2)
    • 10 days annually after Year 2
  • Sick Leave: 5 days annually
  • 401(k): Eligible after 1 year with employer match
    • 100% match on the first 3%
    • 50% match on the next 2% (up to 4% total match)
