Job description

Our client in s a residential semi-custom homebuilder, completing 120 homes per year.

They have a stable staff that has a tenure of around 5-years. Itโ€™s small, and they work as a team and family. People do the best that they can to produce results.

We are seeking a Senior Vice President to oversee Purchasing & Estimating. They will also be responsible for the warranty and quality assurance & design center teams.


Skills Desired:

  • Strong Background in Purchasing & Estimating
  • Strong: Leadership, Managerial, Strategy, Strong Communication Skills
  • Degree from a Top Construction or Engineering University
