DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are looking for an Administrator to join our Operations team in either Alton, Hampshire or Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. This is a process driven role that requiresa high levelof attention to detail, working in a busy, high-volume environment. As the Administrator you will be raising sales orders, placing purchase orders and relevant documents, and liaising with internal and external teams.

AstheOrder ProcessingAdministrator, you will:

  • Raise sales orders from quotes and placing purchase orders with our vendors

  • Ensure all licenses, support, professional services, and training SKUs are receipted in and fulfilled out within requiredtimeframesand all relevant documentation isforwardedto the necessary parties.

  • Resolve any order queries/ issues ensuring minimal delay and impact on our clients.

  • Build andmaintainpositive working relationships with both internal & external clients

  • Know when to progress issues up the chain of management to ensure a satisfactory andtimelyconclusion.

  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

  • Previousadministration or customer service experience

  • Be proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and have an excellent analytical and numerical skills with a good eye for detail.

  • Be personable with strong and effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Work well under pressure within a team and the ability to be able to prioritise withgood timemanagement

  • Be willing to take on colleagues' tasks when the need arises, and to provide cover during periods of absence or peak periods.
