The Order Processing Support clerk resolves orders from Costco.com and Costco.ca websites. The position requires communication with the contact center, suppliers, buying staff, and members to relay and gather information to resolve requests in a timely manner. The programs for collecting data to gather and send to various organizations are varied and constantly evolving.
