  • Koordination und Steuerung der Berichterstellung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, beispielsweise mit dem Nachbarbereich Corporate Communication hinsichtlich Ausgestaltung des Narrativs für ein starkes Storytelling.
  • Affinität zu Kennzahlen und Weiterentwicklung von Nachhaltigkeitskennzahlen.
  • Steuerung von Nachhaltigkeitskennzahlen im Kontext Berichtserstattung und Strategie.
  • Beratung und Befähigung der Lidl-Landesgesellschaften zu deren Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung; Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management.
Qualifications
  • Studium im Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement oder vergleichbar.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Standards und Rahmenwerke (z. B. ESRS, GRI, VSME).
  • Affinität für Daten und Kennzahlen bzw. die Übersetzung von komplexen Inhalten in starke Corporate Publishing Konzepte.
  • Projektmanagement‑Kompetenz und Fähigkeit zur Koordination verschiedener Stakeholder.
