Chick-Fil-A – Social Media Publisher

Join Chick-fil-A as a Social Media Publisher and be part of a team that values hospitality, creativity, and meaningful guest experiences. In this role, you will help share the story of our restaurant through engaging content, promotions, and community-focused communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently create, upload, and manage daily social media content related to upcoming events, featured menu items, and special promotions for the day, week, or month
  • Develop creative and original posts that effectively promote events, products, and restaurant initiatives
  • Create and present a monthly content strategy to the Director of Operations and/or immediate supervisor for review and approval
  • Plan and execute engaging biweekly contests across social media platforms to encourage guest interaction and community involvement
  • Capture and share high-quality photos and videos that highlight guest experiences, team culture, and restaurant events
  • Feature memorable dine-in and drive-thru guest moments on digital platforms to strengthen community connection
  • Maintain communication with Directors and Team Members to coordinate content involving guests, events, or notable interactions
  • Monitor social media accounts daily and respond promptly to guest comments, messages, questions, compliments, suggestions, and concerns
  • Uphold a positive online presence by engaging with guests professionally and strengthening brand reputation
  • Ensure all captions, posts, and written content maintain excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling standards
  • May be required to work in multiple restaurant locations based on business needs. 

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation preferred
  • Strong photography and video editing skills, with the ability to create professional-style visual content
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for branding, storytelling, and engagement
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills and ability to plan content ahead of schedule
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and team members
  • Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities to capture meaningful content throughout daily operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including special events or promotional campaigns
