Digital Media Manager

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX only

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media accounts, creating captivating video and graphic content, and must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management. You’ll have an eye for compelling content, an aptitude for experimentation and data analysis, and a passion for social media.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop social media strategy for Resi, working with other teams to integrate campaigns, launches and other outreach
  • Act as the social expert and advocate for social best practices for other teams
  • Own and manage social media channels for Resi
  • Create and publish high-quality, engaging short-form video, long-form video, and still content that is aligned with our brand guidelines and supports business goals
  • Collaborate with campaign teams on content development and delivery
  • Manage publishing calendar
  • Analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions and plan digital campaigns to build community online
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely manner and route them to be addressed as appropriate
  • Use social media management tools to schedule and publish content, as well as analyze performance metrics and generate reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices in social media management
  • Maintain the integrity of the brand and identity of Resi in all materials
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management for tech or video companies. Experience with non-profits or faith-based organizations is a plus.
  • Proven track record in social media creation and management and growing social media accounts and engagement
  • Strong understanding of social marketing technology, creative, and publishing tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Canva, Animoto and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Youtube and TikTok
  • Excellent project management skills with a strong service focus and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables
  • Excellent copywriting, graphic design and video editing skills
  • Experience leveraging social media management tools for reporting and insights
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally within the organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing at a desk) for up to 50% of the time
  • Requires continuous operation of computers, smartphones, and camera equipment
  • Ability to move about the office or event locations frequently to capture photo and video content, which may involve occasional stooping, kneeling, or reaching for angles
  • Must be able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of audio/visual equipment (cameras, tripods, lighting)
  • Requires the ability to visually review and accurately edit photo and video content, as well as assess audio quality
  • While primarily an office/hybrid role, this position requires traveling to support 3-5 major marketing events per year.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
