  • Conduct market and competitive research to support product strategy and brand decisions
  • Help plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities that increase brand visibility

  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support publishing initiatives
  • Maintain organized digital brand and product folders, ensuring files are current and accessible
  • Support additional projects as needed with a flexible, can-do attitude

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Editorial sensibility and an eye for design aesthetics
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Typical business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as needed
  • Office-based work environment with collaborative spaces
  • Some travel may be required
