Assistant Island Administrator
Ono Island POA is a company in Orange Beach, AL 36561.

FULL TIME ASSISTANT ISLAND ADMINISTRATOR - Looking to add an organized person with a positive vibe to our fast-paced team environment. Need someone who is dependable, with transportation, good work ethics, independent, resourceful, diplomatic with great customer service.

Looking to hire someone full time who is responsible and a team player. Must be punctual, with consistent attendance and being a member of a team. Should be organized and have excellent written and verbal communication and critical thinking skills. Must have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.  Must be proficient in MS Office, Excel, Publisher and be able to take minutes along with general administrative duties.  Professional skill set to communicate effectively with Island Administrator, Board of Directors, Property Owners, Staff, Contractors, Vendors and the General Public. 

Undergraduate associate degree highly preferred.  Background check and drug test will be required. Only serious applicants need apply.

Program Required Knowledge: Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, Adobe, POS, Square

Schedule: 8am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday (plus a few Saturdays a year)
