Job description

Director of Rehab - Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA or COTA)
Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PTA or COTA) to join our Blackwell, OK Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Full-Time, Up-To 40 Hours Per Week
  • Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential: $72,000 - $79,000 *Offer based on experience and qualifying interview*
  • Prior Management experience preferred, but not required

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You'll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.
Qualifications:
  • Current state licensure as a ( PTA or COTA)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
