Position Overview

We are seeking a fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) Psychometrist to join our growing Psychology Department. This role is critical to our comprehensive diagnostic and evaluation services, working closely under the supervision of licensed psychologists to conduct formal testing and provide essential clinical data that supports accurate diagnoses and meaningful care planning.

You will work directly with children and families, supporting early identification of developmental, behavioral, emotional, and learning concerns through precise, culturally responsive test administration.

  • Level 1 Psychometrist: Early training and foundational test administration

  • Level 2 Psychometrist: Proficient in multiple standardized tests with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer standardized psychological, educational, developmental, and neuropsychological assessments in both English and Spanish

  • Score and organize test protocols accurately and efficiently

  • Support clinicians with intake, behavioral observations, and documentation of client interactions

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and ethical standards

  • Create a calm, compassionate, and child-centered environment during testing

  • Collaborate with the psychology team to ensure a seamless, high-quality evaluation process

  • Assist in preparing materials and maintaining test kits and equipment

Technical Skills
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish

  • Proficiency (or a capacity to learn) in administering assessments including, but not limited to:

    • WISC-V

    • ADOS

    • WPPSI-IV

    • WIAT-III

    • BASC-3

    • Vineland-3

    • CELF-5 (bilingual edition)

    • Bayley-4 and/or DP-4

  • Strong attention to detail in scoring and documentation

  • Familiarity with EMR platforms and HIPAA-compliant practices

  • Basic knowledge of child development and psychological principles
