A Provost Office Student Assistant supports the daily operations of the Provost's Office by providing administrative and clerical assistance to the Executive Assistant to the Office of Academic Affairs, and those who work within the department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities include answering the phone, organizing files, assisting with data entry, and supporting special projects as needed. A Student Office Assistant may also help with preparing documents and performing general office tasks to ensure smooth day to day operations.
This position is ideal for a responsible, dependable student, a student with strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality. The role offers valuable experience in office management.

All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.

Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
