Summer Office Assistant About CNS

Colorado Network Staffing (CNS) is a Colorado-based staffing company supporting government agencies, schools, and commercial clients. We are looking for a motivated Summer Administrative Intern to join our office team and gain hands-on professional experience in a fast-paced business environment.

This is a great opportunity for a student or someone early in their career who wants to build office, customer service, and administrative skills while working alongside experienced professionals.

What You’ll Learn

As an intern with CNS, you will gain experience in:

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Greet office visitors and assist guests

  • Scan, file, organize, and maintain documents

  • Assist with data entry and spreadsheet updates

  • Support staff with administrative projects

  • Organize electronic and paper records

  • Assist with general office duties as needed

Qualifications
