Job description

We are seeking a University Relations Coordinator to support campus recruiting and intern program operations. This role serves as a key operational and logistical partner supporting university recruiting efforts and intern programs.


  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, interview logistics, and expense tracking and reimbursements.
  • Manage candidate tracking systems and applicant distribution.
  • Coordinate logistics for career fairs and recruiting events (shipping, tracking, setup, returns)
  • Assist with planning and execution of summer intern programs.
  • Set up and manage events in Yello (scheduling, interview panels, event details)
  • Mange vendor relationships, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Partner with University Relations Advisors and Program Leads
  • Onboarding, project coordination, mentor assignments
  • Intern events, field trips, and presentations
  • Performance evaluations and offer processes
  • Track recruiting metrics and campus participation data
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly Talent Acquisition reporting
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and Affirmative Action requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • 1+ year of university recruiting or university relations experience
  • Experience supporting advising or university relations teams is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with recruiting/event platforms (Yello preferred, Handshake a plus)
  • Familiarity with Workday or other ATS systems preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must meet conditional job offer requirements including hair follicle
