Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for supporting provider services, provider operations and provider data support as well as enhancing internal and/or external relationships. Acts as a liaison with providers through education, training, claims assistance, and ongoing provider service. Assist with the development and execution of process improvements as needed for Provider Relations success.
Establish relationships with providers through correspondence and telephone calls.
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.
Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.
Provide project support as needed, including tracking milestones, managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional activities, and contributing to project documentation and status updates.
Other duties as assigned by leadership
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeand1-yearmanaged care experience in products or contracts OR3years' experience in managed care environment with 1 year experience in claims, pricing, products, regulatory compliance or contracts.
1 year experience in a position that demonstrates relationship abilities and sound decision-making.
Meet deadlines and work well under pressure and take initiative to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; organizational and planning skills.
PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge/proficiency with PowerPoint, SalesForce
