Job description

  1. Candidates must have healthcare project experience, ideally in the $50M–$100M range.
  2. Preferred backgrounds include architecture, MEP, or construction.
  3. 7 plus years experience in project manager construction, healthcare.
  4. Ideally not recruiting directly out of construction firms - this role requires a leader who understands healthcare project management end-to-end and can operate confidently at an executive level.
  5. A detailed project list is required.
  6. Strong understanding of healthcare project management from planning through project completion.
  7. Resume should reflect strong tenure with previous firms; we want to avoid candidates with frequent job changes.
