JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to support enterprise and operational initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven projects. This role will bridge business needs and technical solutions, driving projects from concept through delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & AI Enablement
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI into business processes and use cases
  • Develop business cases supporting AI initiatives and investments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business and functional requirements
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for technical teams
  • Support AI solution design by analyzing data, workflows, and machine learning opportunities

Project Management
  • Lead and manage enterprise-level projects from initiation through delivery
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including:
    • Project Plans and Charters
    • Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
    • Functional Specifications (FSDs)
    • Statements of Work (SOWs)
    • Status reports and executive updates
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Partner with executive leadership, business users, vendors, and technical teams
  • Align competing priorities and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Lead requirements workshops and working sessions
  • Provide clear, concise communication and reporting across all levels of the organization

Documentation & Process Management
  • Create and maintain key project artifacts, including:
    • Process flows and diagrams
    • Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts
    • Meeting notes and approval documentation
  • Ensure all documentation supports development, testing, and implementation efforts

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst and/or Project Manager role
  • Proven experience delivering AI or data-driven projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices
  • Experience with project planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead requirements elicitation workshops and translate outcomes into formal documentation
  • Experience working across business, technical, and executive stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis and improvement

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts, tools, and data analytics
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level implementations
  • Background in public sector or large-scale organizations (a plus)
