BAE Systems, Electronic Systems (ES) Sector is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) analyst to support the Precision Guidance and Sensing Solutions (PGSS) Product Line within the Precision Strike (PS) Business Area. The Embedded FP&A lead provides leadership, guidance and insight to PGSS Program Finance teams in support of the full portfolio of programs. This highly visible position reports to the PGSS Finance Director and provides support and input to Product Line and Business Area Leadership regarding all financial matters related to the business.
As Embedded FP&A, you will lead and support:
- Financial Salient reporting and forecasting including variance analysis and closure plans
- Quarterly Business Review (QBR)/Integration Business Plan (IBP) Development
- Assistance to programs with forecasts - health checks, scenario comparisons, etc
- Risks and opportunities related to key financials
- Capital/New Business Funds (NBF) forecasts, tracking, and reporting
- Labor base assessments and reconciliations
- Cash meetings / forecasts
- PGSS Program Office department expenses and labor utilization
- Hyperion / Smartview Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Business case/Investment Evaluation Model (IEM) SME
- Lifecycle Management (LCM) assistance
- Datapack reviews
- One-liner reviews

Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional work teams
