Summary

Provides the ability to print pre-ticketing on demand on standardized pre-ticket stock. Each case generates a pay coupon to allow for pay to be based on associate's production. Outbound audits are performed to verify shipping accuracy of count and SKU integrity. Every garment in box is scanned when audited. Random audits are performed prior to carton sealing.

Responsibilities

  • Associate is responsible for performing Special Operations to units in a case, as directed by information on the case label or BOM report. Operations performed include attaching Pre-Ticket price stickers, seeding or attaching hangers, attaching size tabs to hangers, and bagging units.
  • Associate must be able to read and follow instructions indicated on case labels and BOM report.
  • The pay coupon bar code will be placed on their pay sheet, and they will stamp the case with their personal id stamper.
  • Cases arrive at the workstation on conveyor, and a lift table is used to lower cases to proper work height. They will close the case and lower the lift table to place the completed case on the takeaway line.
  • Hangers are attached using a Hanger Machine. Associates will perform the required ticketing, hanger attaching, hang tag attaching, etc. that the case requires based on both the remarks section of the case label or the bill of material sheet. Care must be observed in operation of the machine to avoid injury or damage.
  • Required quality standards must also be met by department. Failure to meet these guidelines will result in disciplinary action.
  • Failure to observe safety and work guidelines may result in disciplinary action or injury to self or others.
  • Work areas must be maintained in a clean and orderly manner.

Education/ Experience

  • Years of related experience - 1 year Plus
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
  • Continuous standing required

Typical Working Conditions

Will work around equipment, such as conveyors and rolling stock, which could contain hazards. Other exposures found in a distribution center such as high level of noise and dust may exist for this position
