Role Summary

The Client Solutions Semiconductor Market Sector Lead is responsible for driving strategic business growth and expanding JE Dunn's presence within the semiconductor market sector. Working in close partnership with operations, marketing, and executive leadership, this role will identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with key clients, industry partners, and market influencers.

The Client Solutions Market Sector Lead will support the development and execution of targeted growth strategies, cultivate relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle. This position is accountable for implementing sector-specific business development plans, managing strategic pursuits, coordinating client engagement activities, and leading client solution strategies for priority accounts and opportunities.

In collaboration with operations and marketing teams, the Client Solutions Market Sector Lead will support proposal development, pursuit planning, and interview preparation to position JE Dunn for success in a highly competitive market. Additionally, this role will champion industry engagement, community involvement, and thought leadership initiatives that enhance JE Dunn's brand and reputation within the semiconductor ecosystem.

Success in this position requires a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, strong business acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to align client needs with JE Dunn's capabilities and long-term strategic objectives. All responsibilities will be executed in support of JE Dunn's vision, values, and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Role Responsibilities - Core

CLIENT SOLUTIONS FAMILY - CORE

  • Performs active client solutions, marketing and public relations activities in support of client solutions goals.
  • Researches, qualifies and prioritizes potential customers.
  • Coordinates and oversees maintenance of records and reports concerning client contacts and scheduled client solutions activities.
  • Prepares, presents and executes client solutions action plans for specific targets. 
  • Helps develop new business, sales and client relations for defined markets.
  • Helps with the development of proposals, presentations and other client communications.
  • Provides planning assistance to prospective and current clients prior to contract execution.
  • Serves as a company representative on civic, business, charitable and professional organizations.
Key Role Responsibilities - Additional Core

SENIOR CLIENT SOLUTIONS MANAGER

In addition, this position will be responsible for the following:

  • Defines and implements strategic plans to successfully achieve client solutions opportunities within the region or area to which he/she is are assigned.
  • Builds and maintains a professional network and is actively engaged in that network.
  • Partners with operations teams to plan, create presentations, and execute capture plans on pursuits or to business partners and community organizations.
  • Manages and performs client solutions, marketing and public relations activities in support of regional and/or corporate client solutions goals.
  • Plans and manages the allocation of marketing department resources (expenses, time).
  • Creates relationships and partnerships with internal and external groups to position JE Dunn and leverage existing and new services.
  • Demonstrates willingness and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to obtain information or solve problems in support of the team's goals.
  • Leads or supports the client development relationship navigation process.
  • Participates on industry, community boards, and committees.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction science, marketing, management or related field (Required).

Experience
  • 8+ years marketing or business development experience in the building industry or related experience (Preferred)
  • 2+ years people management experience (Preferred)
  • Semiconductor market related experience (Preferred)
Working Environment
  • Valid and unrestricted drivers license required
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
  • May require periods of travel
