Position Overview

Robinson Global Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Development Specialist to lead and support the preparation of competitive proposals, qualifications packages, bids, and business development submissions. This hybrid position combines remote work flexibility with periodic in-person meetings, client engagements, training sessions, and strategic planning activities.

The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership, consultants, subject matter experts, and external partners to produce compelling, compliant, and high-quality proposal submissions that support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the proposal development lifecycle from opportunity identification through final submission.
  • Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and related procurement documents.
  • Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and submission plans.
  • Draft, edit, and format proposal content, executive summaries, technical narratives, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate input from consultants, project managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Ensure proposal submissions meet all compliance requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and consistency.
  • Maintain proposal libraries, templates, project profiles, resumes, and reference materials.
