Job description

ECORP Consulting is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to help develop compelling proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) that showcase our expertise and win exciting environmental consulting projects throughout California.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and enjoys bringing together people, information, and creativity to produce exceptional deliverables. As a Proposal Coordinator, you'll work closely with technical experts, project managers, and business development professionals while building valuable experience in marketing, proposal management, and the Architecture, Engineering, and Environmental (A/E/C) consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and materials for proposal development.
- Coordinate the proposal process, including scheduling, task assignments, and timeline management to ensure timely submission.
- Review and edit proposal content for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
- Maintain and update proposal templates and boilerplate language to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Assist in the development of graphics and visual elements to enhance proposal presentation.
- Manage and organize proposal documents and files using the company's CRM system, Deltek Vision.
- Support marketing efforts by utilizing Constant Contact for communication and outreach activities.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for proposal strategy and improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and client specifications in all proposal submissions.
- Provide administrative support to the proposal team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.

Required Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English, or a related field
Required Experience:
- Experience in preparing proposals and Statements of Qualification (SOQs) in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in deliverables
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years of related experience or equivalent is preferred
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
- Familiarity with Deltek Vision (CRM) data management
- Experience with Constant Contact for communication management

Starting salary is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications/permits, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
