Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Handle tenant enquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly
  • Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and service providers
  • Oversee lease renewals, new tenancies, and vacancy management
  • Work toward and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets to earn bonus
  • Monitor rental arrears and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all managed properties
  • Grow and retain your property portfolio to maximise commission earnings
