Job Description
Are you a bright and seasoned Property Manager with a knack for bettering the properties, residents and property owners that you serve? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? If so, we have the perfect stage for your talents!
As our Property Maestro (I mean Manager), you'll be the conductor orchestrating the symphony of daily operations at a unique portfolio of multifamily and HOA properties located in the Los Angeles area. From managing tenant and homeowner relationships to ensuring every nook and cranny is looked after, you'll be the magician behind the scenes making the magic happen.
At least 3 years of previous Property Management experience and a Bachelor's degree is required, and Appfolio software experience is a plus. Applicants must be highly skilled at communicating and working in an organized manner and small office environment.
Hybrid work is okay (3+ days in office required)
