Job description

We are seeking a Property Manager at an apartment community in Mobile, AL - to become a part of our team with Safe Harbor Property Management! You will help plan and facilitate all Property Management onsite operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all rental transactions
  • Outreach Market for new residents
  • Build relationships with local businesses to help generate traffic
  • Investigate and resolve resident complaints
  • Show apartments and lease according to targeted leasing goals provided
  • Enter work order and repair requests and oversee timely completion
  • Inspect all vacant apartments and oversee make ready turn schedule
  • Oversee vendor scheduling and maintenance scheduling of all turns and communicate expenses with upper management
  • Manage leasing and follow up guidelines provided by upper management
  • Build relationships with local businesses for marketing efforts
  • Expense Control and ability to negotiate pricing
  • Strong delinquency control
  • AppFolio Software experience helpful
  • Strong organizational skills

Qualifications:

  • Previous Property Manager Experience required
  • Familiarity with contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
