We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Management Business Development Representative to help grow our portfolio of rental properties throughout Oahu.
In this commission-only role, you will identify and connect with property owners, real estate investors, and landlords who could benefit from professional property management services.
Your primary responsibility will be generating new management agreements through networking, referrals, outreach, and relationship building.
This position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys sales, has strong communication skills, and wants the flexibility to work independently while earning substantial commissions. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn $500-$1,000 per property signed, with upside earning potential.
