SAWS LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin' and Baskin Robbins, is looking to team up and join forces with a talented Managing Business Partner at our Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins combo store located at 1410 Main St, Ste B, Ramona, CA 92065.
The Managing Business partner (MBP) is a role intended for a business and community marketing savvy individual with strong relationship and training skills. The desired individual would be an excellent communicator, be a developer of teams, have a passion for people and marketing, and know how to take action on P&L results. Unlike a regular GM role, this BMP position is one that includes profit sharing. As sales and profitability grow, so will compensation for the Managing Business Partner. In addition, the MBP position provides the following perks:

Using Your Leadership Skills You Will
  • Oversee and develop strategies to achieve financial and guest service goals while addressing any challenges
  • Coach and develop Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders to be highly effective leaders
  • Serve those who serve the people: assist with and lead store operations, staffing, scheduling, meet company policies and procedures, and guest recovery.

Responsibilities Include (partial list):
  • Able to perform all duties of restaurant team members
  • Ensure that the store is meeting operational and food safety standards
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality, guest service, and provide problem resolution
  • Ensures that the restaurant correctly executes new products and processes in a marketing window
  • Deliver consistent execution of systems and processes
  • Ensures a safe, secure, sanitary, and "like new" environment
  • Recruit, hire, onboard and develop team members
  • Train, motivate, develop, coach, and reward a high performing team
  • Monitor, appraise and review restaurant employee performance
  • Spearhead and execute local store marketing objectives within the four walls and off site.

We'd Love to Hear from People Who Have:
  • Experience in the restaurant industry or related industry, quick service and drive thru experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to connect with and motivate team members
  • Prior experience leading a team, including training and coaching
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and embrace change in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player that has a great attitude, a desire to learn, works well with others, is honest, and has integrity

Requirements:
  • ServSafe certification required (can be obtained once hired)
  • Full availability: Able and willing to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.
  • Prefer 3+ years experience in the food service or hospitality industries in a managerial position.
