Job description

We are seeking a highly organized Assistant Property Manager in Fort Collins to support the daily operations of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate will assist with tenant relations, leasing administration, rent collections, maintenance coordination, and vendor management. Experience with OneSite, Yardi, or other property management software is preferred.


Key Responsibilities


Support the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations

Assist with tenant relations, resident communications, and service issue resolution

Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, notices, and tenant file maintenance

Process rent payments, monitor delinquency reports, and assist with collections

Track work orders and coordinate maintenance requests with internal teams and vendors

Manage vendor relationships, including scheduling services, following up on repairs, collecting invoices, and ensuring contract compliance

Obtain and organize vendor bids, insurance certificates, W-9s, and service agreements

Assist with accounts payable, invoice processing, budget tracking, and reporting

Conduct property inspections to help ensure curb appeal, safety, and compliance standards

Maintain accurate records in OneSite, Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, MRI, or similar property management systems

Support occupancy, resident retention, and overall operational goals

2+ years of property management, leasing, administrative, or real estate support experience preferred

Experience with OneSite, Yardi, or similar property management software

Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance scheduling, and service follow-up

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Knowledge of lease administration, collections, and property operations preferred
