We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee multiple properties, support on-site teams, and ensure the achievement of financial, operational, and resident satisfaction goals.

Position Summary

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance of a portfolio of multi-family properties. This role provides leadership and support to Community Managers, ensures compliance with company policies, drives occupancy and revenue growth, manages budgets, and maintains high standards of property operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive multi-family experience, advanced knowledge of OneSite and BlueMoon platforms, and a proven track record of improving property performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Operations & Administration
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple multi-family communities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Conduct regular property visits and inspections to maintain operational standards.
  • Review property performance and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Utilize OneSite and BlueMoon systems to monitor operational performance, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
Financial Management
  • Develop, review, and manage annual operating budgets.
  • Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and delinquency trends across the portfolio.
  • Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Approve budgets, capital expenditures, and major operational expenses.
Leasing & Revenue Growth
  • Partner with on-site teams to maximize occupancy and rental income.
  • Monitor leasing performance, pricing strategies, and market conditions.
  • Develop and implement resident retention and renewal strategies.
  • Support marketing initiatives and outreach programs to increase traffic and leases.
  • Ensure leasing teams are effectively utilizing BlueMoon for lease generation and compliance.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise Community Managers and on-site teams.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for professional growth.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and results-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure all team members receive proper training and support.
Property Maintenance & Asset Preservation
  • Partner with maintenance leadership to ensure properties are well-maintained and safe.
  • Monitor capital improvement projects and vendor performance.
  • Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and curb appeal concerns.
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance programs.
Resident Relations
  • Support on-site teams in resolving resident concerns and escalated issues.
  • Promote high levels of resident satisfaction and customer service.
  • Ensure communities maintain a positive reputation within their respective markets.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Regional Manager experience in multi-family property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property management operations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience managing multiple communities and supervising Community Managers.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with OneSite and BlueMoon is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of OneSite reporting, property operations, and data management.
  • Strong understanding of BlueMoon lease administration, compliance, and document management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly between properties.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
