Your Role as a Client Services Manager:
Your practical and compassionate nature is critical to effectively balance between leasing apartments, managing resident retention, marketing the community, and handling administrative and financial responsibilities for your community.
As a client services manager, you are required to assume greater responsibilities upon absorbing and applying knowledge of all aspects of property management. Maturity and good judgment is a necessity...you serve as the individual responsible for the community in the absence of the Property Manager.

Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • At least one-year practical experience as either a Leasing Consultant, or Assistant Community Manager.
  • Onesite experience is a must.
  • Knock experience.
  • Eviction filings.
  • 1-3 years in property management.
  • Strong people skills (you'll deal with residents daily).
  • Conflict resolution (handling complaints, disputes).
  • Rent collection & record keeping.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Lease preparation and renewals.
  • Basic accounting (rent, deposits, late fees).
  • Showing units.
  • Closing leases.
  • Marketing vacancies.
  • Assist the property manager with daily operations.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Inspecting and completing final account statements within 72 hours upon move-out.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Ability to attend resident functions.
