Job description

As an LPC Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting a team that manages one or more assets to provide client deliverables and customer service to building tenants to help maintain and increase the value of the asset.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support all administrative requirements of the building management office, including management of communications systems, work order system, filing systems, and production and distribution of tenant notices.
  • Process and code invoices for payment using various company or client systems; collect utility invoices to ensure timely payment.
  • Assist with preparation of accurate tenant billings and coordinate data collection for operating expense reconciliations.
  • Coordinate preparation and delivery of timely, accurate, and complete monthly reports and budget packages according to client requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating and documenting tenant move-ins and move-outs; maintain vacant spaces in tour-ready condition.
  • Respond to tenant needs and assist with coordinating vendor deliveries, property services, and procurement activities.
  • Assist with preparation of emergency response plans, drills, and training.
  • Contribute to team performance through suggestions to improve systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience; up to 2 years of job-related experience required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency with AP and CMMS systems preferred.
  • Intermediate math skills; ability to calculate real estate concepts such as percentages, prorations, discounts, and markups.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.
  • Communication skills sufficient to exchange straightforward information with tenants, vendors, and team members.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
