Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support daily property operations and contribute to a positive experience for tenants, vendors, and internal teams. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities, communication, and coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to property management and operations teams.
  • Respond to inquiries from tenants, vendors, and visitors in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with coordinating service requests, work orders, and follow-up communication.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, leases, reports, and property documentation.
  • Support invoice processing, purchase orders, and general bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Help schedule inspections, meetings, vendor appointments, and property-related activities.
  • Prepare correspondence, notices, and other written communications.
  • Track deadlines, renewal dates, and key property-related milestones.
  • Assist with onboarding new tenants and coordinating move-in or move-out processes.
  • Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in property management, real estate, facilities, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
