This role is ideal for someone with experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesale, sales, and closing who can confidently handle both off-market acquisition opportunities and listing leads.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-oriented, and skilled at building relationships with homeowners, buyers, and investors. You will qualify leads, evaluate properties, negotiate contracts, acquire properties, and determine whether a property should be wholesaled or listed for sale.
