POSITION SUMMARY

Delta360 is seeking a strategic, innovative, business-focused technology executive to serve as Vice President of Technology. This executive leadership position is responsible for developing and executing the company's technology vision, enterprise systems roadmap, cybersecurity framework, data strategy, and digital transformation initiatives while supporting operational excellence, customer service, and continued company growth.

The VP of Technology will partner closely with executive leadership to ensure technology investments align with business objectives, improve operational efficiency, enhance reporting and decision-making, support scalability, and protect company assets. This role will oversee information technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, business applications, data governance, vendor management, and technology-enabled innovation across Delta360's operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned with Delta360's business objectives, growth plans, operational priorities, and customer service expectations.
  • Serve as the senior technology advisor to executive leadership and provide recommendations regarding technology investments, cybersecurity, innovation, enterprise systems, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Lead enterprise technology functions including infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, telecommunications, endpoint management, cybersecurity, data management, and business applications.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity program, including risk management, incident response, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, access controls, and security awareness initiatives.
  • Oversee enterprise software platforms including ERP, CRM, HRIS, payroll, accounting, business intelligence, customer portals, and operational systems.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, customer experience, profitability, reporting, and scalability.
  • Lead enterprise system implementations, integrations, upgrades, migrations, and technology modernization initiatives across multiple business units and locations.
  • Establish data governance standards and leverage reporting and analytics tools to improve visibility, decision making, accountability, and business performance.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvement, process standardization, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop annual technology budgets, capital expenditure plans, vendor strategies, and long-term technology investment recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, managed service providers, consultants, software providers, telecommunications partners, and other third-party technology resources.
  • Establish and monitor technology performance metrics, service level expectations, system availability standards, and project milestones.
  • Ensure technology systems and infrastructure support company growth, acquisitions, geographic expansion, and integration of new business operations.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead internal technology staff and external technology partners as the organization grows.
  • Drive practical adoption of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, automation, cloud computing, mobile tools, and advanced analytics where appropriate.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, data privacy expectations, and applicable security requirements.
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:


  • 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience leading enterprise technology strategy in a multi-site or multi-state organization.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, systems integration, cloud infrastructure, networking, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and enterprise risk management.
  • Experience managing ERP, CRM, financial systems, operational systems, customer-facing technology platforms, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, NetSuite, SalesForce, cybersecurity tools, networking infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale technology implementations, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience developing and managing technology budgets, vendor relationships, project portfolios, and technology roadmaps.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategy with operational, financial, and growth objectives.

  • Experience within energy, fuel distribution, lubricant distribution, propane, logistics, industrial services, transportation, manufacturing, or related industries.

  • Experience leading ERP migrations, CRM implementations, business intelligence initiatives, customer portal projects, or enterprise software modernization.
  • Familiarity with GCP, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and related business productivity tools.
