The Marketing/Promotions will be responsible for representing the company in marketing and promoting all venues and special events. Consists of interacting with guests and fellow team in member to develop new clientele, establish rapport and increase business.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Promoters must maintain professionalism at the work place and with co-workers and patrons.
  • Promoters will maintain consistent and high level guest list productivity.
  • Required to be attentive to all company related events and upcoming venues and changes. Will be required to maintain and meet any and all marketing requirements such as guest list, contact information forms, Facebook invites and bulletins Strong understanding and use of Online Promotion.
  • It is necessary for promoters to appear in dress code for all shifts at your scheduled time as well as keep a proper and professional appearance and attitude.
  • Promoters are required to comply with cross promotion of all venues.
  • Promoters must have the ability to work in presence of loud, live music and dancing and communicate during this time period.
  • *t is required to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Promoters must demonstrate a positive attitude at all times and maintain personal integrity. Have the ability to work as a team, stay organized, handle various projects at one time, follow up and make accurate decisions.
  • Promoters work in a fast-paced, busy, environment and must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Promoters may be required to work both inside and outside during all times of the year as needed based on business volumes.
  • Work varied shifts to include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Hours may be part-time (less than 30 hours per week).
  • Schedule could exceed 30 hours per week and may include overtime when approved by management.
  • All on and off property Promoters are to meet their requirements Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned

  • 21 Years of age or older
