$19/hr. Base. Unlimited Bonuses. One New Team Member Already Earned $2,000 in Bonuses — On One Paycheck.

The Role

As a Brand Promoter, you’ll work inside Costco engaging shoppers, starting conversations about window and door replacement, and setting free in-home consultations.

Compensation & Rewards
  • $19.00/hour
  • $35 per appointment
  • Average earners make $30/hour; Top performers exceed $40/hour
  • Unlimited bonus potential based on your performance
