We are hiring a Technical Writer. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical writing skills and experience developing procurement documentation, particularly Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and draft RFPs for multiple high-priority IT projects.
- Write business requirements, scope of work, technical requirements, deliverables, and staffing sections.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project teams, and leadership to gather requirements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement standards, formatting guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to collect information and finalize documentation.
- Support Medicaid Systems leadership with procurement documentation.
✔ Technical Writing experience
✔ Experience developing RFPs or similar procurement documentation
