Prescient Edge is seeking Project System Engineer/Project Deputy Manager to support a federal government client.

Description:
  • Support Cross-functional teams of up to 20 personnel, executing strategic logistical and engineering projects.
  • Identified potential project risks and implemented contingency plans.
  • Have exposure to Agile processes and be able to execute rapid prototypes and demanding needs of the customer in high paced environment.
  • Conducted performance analysis and quality assurance reviews to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Job Requirements
Desired experience:
  • Detail-oriented Military Officer with 4+ years of experience or Senior Enlisted/CWO leading unmanned systems (UXS), cross-functional teams, executing complex operations, and managing critical resources.
  • Proven ability to deliver strategic objectives under strict deadlines and high-pressure environments.
  • Must understand Unmanned Systems, to include tactical data links, C2, and Common Operating Picture.
  • Understanding of Software applications and development processes.
  • Very familiar with MS word, excel, PPT and Project.
  • Understanding of budget to include managing cost, schedule, and performance.

Security clearance:
  • Secret clearance required. TS+ preferred.

Location:
  • San Diego, CA.
  • Hybrid with at least 3 full days in the office.
