REDCOM Design & Constructionis seeking a motivatedSenior Account Executiveto drive business development and client growth throughout New Jersey and the surrounding region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys networking, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with business owners, developers, real estate professionals, architects, engineers, and corporate decision-makers to help clients bring their projects to life. Based on REDCOM's existing role descriptions and strategic growth initiatives, the position focuses on new client acquisition, relationship building, pipeline development, and market expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with owners, developers, brokers, architects, engineers, and corporate clients
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, association meetings, and client events
  • Lead business development efforts and client presentations
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with REDCOM's architecture, engineering, preconstruction, and construction teams
  • Help expand REDCOM's presence in commercial construction, healthcare, life sciences, industrial, and real estate markets

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience
  • Proven success generating and closing new business
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in commercial construction, architecture, engineering, real estate, facilities services, or professional services is a plus
  • Healthcare and life sciences experience is highly desirable.
